FAQs

Here are answers to some of the most commonly asked questions we receive from patients, families and caregivers in our community.

You asked — we answered

  • Do you have parking and how do I pay?

Yes, we have onsite parking. There are two parking lots for patients and visitors to use; one next to the Emergency Department entrance and one next to the main entrance.

When you enter the parking lot, push the button on the machine to get a ticket. Please bring that ticket inside with you.

When you are ready to leave, go to the ticket machine in the main lobby and follow the instructions. Ticket machines in the main lobby accept credit card and cash. Once you have paid, you will have 15 minutes to exit the parking lot. Take your ticket with you and insert it into the machine at the parking exit gate.

Alternatively, payment can also be made at the parking exit gate. Ticket machines at the parking exit gate only accept credit card.

  • What are your visiting hours?

We do not have specific or restricted visiting hours.

Some nursing units and individual patients may have certain restrictions based on their care needs. You will mainly find this on our Intensive Care Unit, Emergency Department or during labor and birth. Please check with the nursing station if you have any questions about this.

  • What time will I be discharged?

Patients are encouraged to arrange to be picked up by 10:00AM on the day you are discharged. It is important you leave your room in a timely manner so other patients can be admitted.
