The website,
www.headwatershealth.ca, is a hub of information for patients, families and caregivers looking to access personal health information, pay a bill online and much more. The site was developed with input from key stakeholders including patients, families, staff, physicians and volunteers. Every aspect of the site; from menu items to quick links is set-up with the end user in mind. Here visitors can learn more about the hospital, the programs and services provided as well as the people providing care.
Dufferin-Caledon is a great place to live and work. As one of the largest employers in the area the hospital was focused on leveraging the website as an advanced recruitment tool - applicants can easily go to the site and navigate current job postings and apply directly online. Users can also find out what’s happening in the community; from living locally and accommodations to community events, volunteer opportunities and student placements.
The website showcases the hospital’s refreshed brand which was launched earlier this summer as part of the hospital’s new
