COVID-19 Outbreak on E-Wing at Headwaters Health Care Centre has been declared over

On December 4, 2023, Headwaters Health Care Centre and Wellington-Dufferin-Guelph Public Health (WDGPH) declared the COVID-19 respiratory outbreak on E-Wing over. There have been no additional cases or suspected cases for patients, staff, volunteers, or physicians related to this outbreak during the past seven days.
 
All additional infection prevention and control measures that were in place during the outbreak have now been lifted.
