Think you might have measles? What to know before attending the hospital.

Measles is on the rise

Common symptoms of measles include fever and rash. For information on how to check your vaccination status, please contact the local public health department. 

Information for patients: 

If you have a fever and rash, or have been exposed to measles, please call us before entering the hospital at 519 941 2410 extension 2214. Do not enter the building. Call us and we will provide you with guidance on the next steps to help ensure you receive care. 

Information for visitors: 

For the safety of our patients and staff, please do not visit patients at the hospital if you have been exposed to measles or have symptoms.
