Patient spotlight: Joy

When Joy arrived at Headwaters for rehabilitation, she was impressed and appreciative of the superb care that she received.  

In all professions, there are individuals who are really committed and know how to encourage, support and give excellent care. Joy felt confident, happy and content with the care she received from her team of nurses and personal support workers.  

“You have the most caring, helpful, knowledgeable physio team. I looked forward to my physio visits, as I would always be greeted with enthusiasm, given appropriate exercises and encouraged to strive for the next level. The team of nurses and PSWs were outstanding. These ladies go beyond their duties to ensure that their patients are looked after thoroughly, and still find time to chat with you to get to know you. I always told them that they were the “best,” and that I would give them a 10+ rating,” Joy remarks.
